2014 O’Dwyer Shiraz

This premium single vineyard Shiraz boasts all the hallmarks of great Australian Shiraz – rich fruit, defined oak structure and grainy tannins.

The grapes are processed in small 2 tonne fermenters, hand punched and pressed using traditional wine making methods. It is drinking well now - a full bodied young wine - but will also benefit from careful cellaring, resulting in a soft and generous Shiraz.
